Bukit Tunku is an upper-class elite residential area full of green landscapes in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This hill is named after Tunku Abdul Rahman's house located here. It was formerly known as Bukit Kenny or Kenny Hill. Bukit Tunku hosts many luxury condominiums and villas and is surrounded by many housing projects. The peak of Bukit Tunku is a mysterious and scary house yet private and is a popular jogging site for residents. It also houses politicians and important people. Bukit Tunku is known as the Beverly Hills of Malaysia and houses go up to RM 6 million on an 8,000 sq ft (740 m2) of land and a 6,000 sq ft (560 m2) build up.
